Entrusted by the owner (AVA Hotel Limited), Smart Concepts (SCL) masterfully erected the world class AVA Hotel Nairobi, Tapestry Collection
by Hilton in the serene and strategic Lavington suburbs. With the owner's trust in our turnkey services - covering all hospitality consultancy,
architectural, interior design, construction and project management needs - we put our best foot forward and delivered without compromise.
Honoring the client's vision and the hotel's potential, SCL fully designed AVA Hotel. All fits, finishes and implementations were done by/under SCL's direct
supervision. Sourcing of skill, materials, fixtures and furniture was done by our team. Our local and in-house options were rightly
used whenever applicable.
