2025 was a productive year for Smart Concepts. We began some projects and made serious headway on ongoing projects, giving each our all - as usual. Here are some of our highlights:
Ava Hotel Nairobi, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
Ava Hotel signed with Hilton. Ava Hotel (now AVA Hotel Nairobi, Tapestry Collection by Hilton) is marked as the international hotel brand’s first Tapestry Collection property in Kenya. Offering a unique blend of local culture and global hospitality for both business and leisure travelers, the hotel combines modern elegance with a nod to Kenyan heritage.
We gave this ongoing (at the time) project one final push towards completion and handed over to the brand.
